I have a customer that had been using code editor to bulk delete interactions, they can no longer access this from the URL: ( has this been moved or has it be removed altogether

    Hello David,

The old developer tools were removed a couple of weeks ago, the "new" tools are available on but I don't think there's a code editor anymore.

You are correct that the Code Editor developer tool has been removed.  Any code that you were using the Code Editor should be easy enough to convert into a a NodeJS that a user could execute from a command line.

Additionally, there are now some better options that might help bulk delete interactions:

    1. You could use the Genesys Cloud CLI:  With that tool, you can write command line scripts, like in Windows PowerShell, that can perform the operations you are looking to accomplish.
    2. If the interactions you are looking to delete an "in-queue", then most of our media types now offer in-queue flows.  So perhaps you can create an in-queue flow that would check certain criteria on those items and disconnect/delete the ones that are no longer valid.

    I hope that helps.
