Would there be a Licensing Tool for us Perpetual License Customers to help us transfer the HOSTID to another? The reason I'm asking is if a company wants to continue using the license until 2100 or the hardware retires, they may end up just transferring the HOSTID. This is for cost savings and accepting the risk of no support since it is  EOL. The HostID change in the current setup is applicable by passing the HOSTIDs to Genesys and generating the license. If there is a tool or an application that would be provided to perpetual customers to reuse the license until they so desire since it will end in 2100. This gives customers ample time to choose Genesys Cloud or make it mature especially with the DIALER aspect that it is lacking.

I don't think that will ever happen, especially at this stage when the product is going to end of life very soon. We couldn't even get a new license file from Genesys in the past when the customer's maintenance was over. Although the customer has the right to use the license as the name says it's perpetual, Genesys refused to provide us a license with a new host id for that customer.
