  • 1.  Managed phone , 2 line setup

    Quick question and hopefully an easy answer . Using Genesys Cloud Communicate , I have a site that has a Poly VVX 450 and a Poly VVX 150 , the site has 2 DID

    numbers .These phones are managed , no on prem Edge server . Both phones will have the same line appearances .

    The manager would like the incoming call to ring on line one ( main published number ) , hunt to line 2 ( unpublished DID ) if line 1 is busy , then hunt to voicemail if neither line are answered or busy . The voicemail can be assigned to the manager or a group mailbox .

    Thanks in advance , this is my first attempt at setting up managed phones .
