  • 1.  Saving interaction list for future reference

    Hi,

    Is there a way for a supervisor or team leader to save a list of interactions on the Interactions view for future reference. I am aware of saving the view. But our customer is after saving a list of interactions for future reference. In engage, they could do this from Speechiminer.

    In Genesys Cloud, a supervisor or team leader can save a list of interactions for future reference by creating a new saved search or adding the interactions to an existing saved search.

    To create a new saved search, the supervisor can navigate to the Interactions view, apply the desired filters to narrow down the list of interactions, and then click on the Save as search button. This will open a dialog box where the supervisor can enter a name and description for the new saved search. Once saved, the supervisor can access the saved search from the Interactions view and view the list of interactions that match the search criteria.

    To add interactions to an existing saved search, the supervisor can navigate to the Interactions view, select the desired interactions using the checkboxes next to each interaction, and then click on the Add to search button. This will open a dialog box where the supervisor can select the saved search to which they want to add the interactions.

    Note that saved searches in Genesys Cloud are user-specific, so each supervisor or team leader will need to create their own saved searches.

    Additionally, you can use the Action history feature in Genesys Cloud to view a history of changes made to interactions. This can help supervisors or team leaders track interactions and changes over time.

    One can also use the Export feature to export the interactions to a .pdf or .csv file, depending on how many one wishes to save.
