Hello all,

Do you know if it is possible modify the layout of the survey email sent automatically (which is configured in Architect) ?

I don't find how to di that .

Are you talking about using the API to dynamically change the content of the survey?  If so, yes you could do that by creating or updating the survey.  If you are talking about using variables in the survey, that is not really possible.  What you can do is include a code block in the header that could have different text if you are able to change that text with the external code block.  It might be just as easy to create many different ones and assign them with different policies.

I wastalking aboout modifying the content of the survey. I did'n't knwo it was necessary ti use an API for that. I'll have a glance on it, do you know its name?

Not presently without export to YAML, editing , and then reimpoet and publishing.  The later is all you can do in the API.  Maybe CX as Code will be able to in the future.

Excuse-me, I think I did not explain correctly the need. What my customer wants is just to modify the layout of the email whcih is sent (not the content of the survey). That is to say what you can write in the block "complete survey" in architect.

I am not sure this can be personnalized ..? For example, could we insert picture ?  

Not presently without export to YAML, editing , and then reimpoet and publishing.  The later is all you can do in the API.  Maybe CX as Code will be able to in the future.

Not that I can see.  Survey Flow does not have access to that field and there is now way through API to inject it in real-time.

• or is it a typing error and do you mean "there is no way to inject it" ? 

Not that I can see.  Survey Flow does not have access to that field and there is now way through API to inject it in real-time.
