Thanks, Gene.
I will share this workaround with the customer.
I hope that Genesys can come up with some better solution for customers soon.

Subject: Time Off Submission Range Constraint / Time-off types priority
Greetings,
For our organization, we don't allow Supervisors to edit requests because it also comes with the power to approve them. So, we keep that with our WFM team. That said, WFM has the power to edit the time-off type before approving requests. While we don't have the same priority issue, I would see us just having the Supervisor send an email to the WFM team requesting that the time-off type be changed.

Subject: Time Off Submission Range Constraint / Time-off types priority
Hello,
We have many customers who need to set the max number of days ahead to request time off ( Submission Range Constraint) to the the last day of the year. Do we have a way to set that via API using the HRIS integration and bypass what is set on the GC configuration?
In addition to that, if a customer has two time-off types : Discretionary holiday and vacation. Discretionary holiday should always be used first until they use all those hours. When requesting time off, if agents don't select the correct type according to the balances they have available, is there a way to the supervisor to change the time-off type or would they have to decline the request and ask agents to send the request again using the correct time-off type?
Thanks,
Debora
