  • 1.  Unable to receive data on our WebSocket

    Hi Community, hope everyone is great. 

    We have set up AudioHook Monitor (voice transcription, integration configured), but unable to receive data on our WebSocket server. Tried triggering both through Architect flow's transcription action and enabling voice transcription on agent queue, no success. If someone can please troubleshoot this issue, it would be great.

    Yes, I have followed the whole article. Just seeing this error currently. Can you please take a look to the error snippet I have attached?

    Did you enable trunk recording?  You need that for transcription and Audiohook needs transcription to be enabled.
