    we are doing On-premise BYOC, Audio code, Edge Server and Verint Logger integration using SIPREC, has anyone done this type of integration.
    If yes , kindly share what all configuration needs to be done for Call ID co-relation and CTI events as we are facing this issue in our on-going Integration
