  • 1.  Call Evaluations

    Hi there!

    1.Is there a way to change the time remaining for an evaluation to be complete from the set 90 days to another time frame?

    2. Can we integrate the data from our call evaluations into our own software? If so, how?

    3. Is there a customer service representative we can get connected with to schedule consultations?

    Hi Caitlyn,

    This forum is intended for discussions around the Genesys Beyond certification process, which is why you probably haven't had a response!

    May I suggest you try posting your question in either the mail Genesys Cloud forum, or the dedicated Workforce Management one?
