Change Bulk users - Assign Days off and move of Business Unit and/or Management Unit;

    Hi Friends,

    I have 1 question and 1 help to find a solution.

    ***** Question:

    If I change the user of the Business Unit or Management Unit I will lose the Agent's historical adherence and schedule historical. I see this information On the page "Add Agents".

    ... But if I see documentation: What happens to an agent's schedule and history if they move management units? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center I understand then time-off requests are moved to the new Management Unit - OK, and the schedule and adherence information remains with the original management unit. I lost information or does the information remain with the Original Management Unit?

    ***** Help to Find Solution:

    I need to assign Days off users for Vacation for example or leave due to health problems and per month I have many users. Have any form then I assign Days off in Bulk?

    • I see only the form assign on the Time-off Request Manual with approval status for all users and all days off.

    • Edit manual Schedule for all days and All users (this have many work);

    Is there a solution where there is less work to do this action?
