For everyone working with Support, it is recommended you ask them to go back (with the help of Dev Support) and compare the number of disconnects due to this issue from before the change to after the change. It cannot necessarily be determined from the Performance views...they need to look at the back ...

Know details such as wehre to find specific settings, limits, roles, permissions, etc. Just knowing the course material is not usually enough. Question wording can be tricky...read ...
